Day 20 of the month
Budgets that keep pace
A limit per category, weekly, monthly or annual, with warnings before you cross it and rollover that carries what is left.
Smart money tracking, built for MENA
Your bank already texts you. Sortd reads those messages, receipts and voice notes, turns them into clear transactions, and waits for your confirmation. No forms, no spreadsheets, just clarity.
Free to download, with optional premium features. Your data stays yours.

How it works
A bank message, a crumpled receipt, a voice note, a bank export. Sortd reads each one the way you would, then asks you before anything is booked. Tap a card, or drag it onto the band.
In the app, every one of these waits in your review inbox until you confirm it. The machine never books alone.
Bank SMS in Arabic, English or French, a photo of a receipt, a spoken sentence, or a spreadsheet from your bank.
Merchant, amount, currency, card and category are picked out and matched to your accounts. Duplicates are caught before they double-count.
Every draft waits in your review inbox. Balances and budgets only move after your tap. Nothing is booked without you.
Four ways in
Four ways in, one rule: Sortd prepares the draft, you confirm it. Nothing is booked without you.
Sortd extracts the amount, merchant, card and currency, and filters out OTPs and promos.
iPhone: automatic after a one-time Shortcut setupAndroid: read bank notifications live, or paste months at once
Every capture waits in your review inbox first. Balances and budgets only move after you confirm.
Sortd AI
Sortd watches for what you would want a friend to point out: a double charge, a price creep, a budget running hot. Then it lets you decide.
It detects, you decide
Sortd AI drafts and suggests. It never books, edits or deletes a transaction on its own.
No number is new
Answers phrase figures computed from your own data. The AI never invents a number.
Your AI, your key
Use Sortd AI, or plug in your own OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or DeepSeek key. Your key stays in your device keychain, never on Sortd servers.

Day 20 of the month
A limit per category, weekly, monthly or annual, with warnings before you cross it and rollover that carries what is left.
Salary day
Set a target and a date, and Sortd tells you the exact monthly amount that gets you there.
AED 7,700 of AED 12,000
AED 860/mo to reach itThree days before an installment
Track what you owe and what is owed to you, split into monthly installments with reminders before each due date.
The 1st, rent day
Rent, phone, tuition, family support: recurring commitments with due days, partial payments and reminders before they land.
Made for real money lives
Salary lands once a month. Family gets its share on the 1st. Some of it is cash, some of it is in another currency, and a few things are paid in installments. Sortd is shaped around that.
Set a limit per category for the week, the month or the year. What is left rolls into the next period, and so does what went over. No fresh start that hides last month.
Rollover budgetsRecurring commitments with a due day, a reminder three days before and one on the day. Pay part now, skip a month when life happens, and see the lifetime total.
ObligationsEvery account, goal and budget keeps its own currency. Totals are shown per currency, never converted with a rate you did not choose. Dinars keep their three decimals.
Currency-scoped, alwaysCash and wallet accounts sit next to your cards. Say "paid 60 for the taxi" and a draft is ready to confirm. Type "45 coffee at Costa" and it lands the same way.
Cash accounts, voice, quick addA car, a phone, a loan to a friend. Split it into monthly installments, get reminded before each due date, and mark payments as they happen.
Debts and installmentsSome months simply cost more. Patterns show what changed against last month and where the weekend goes, without judging it. Then a monthly summary puts it in words.
Patterns and month narrativeMade for the region
Real message formats in Arabic, English and French, and every account keeps its own currency. No conversions, no surprises.

Trust
Sortd is built so nothing happens to your money records without you. These are engineering guarantees, not promises.
Every capture waits in your review inbox as a draft. Auto-add stays off until you turn it on, and the AI can never book, edit or delete a transaction on its own.
Raw bank messages are encrypted at rest, lock-screen notifications never include amounts or merchants, quiet hours hold alerts, and Face ID keeps the app itself locked to you.
Export everything as JSON, opt out of anonymous statistics, wipe your data, or delete your account with a clear preview of what goes. Sortd never sells your personal data.
Six things Sortd never does
FAQ
No, and that is the point. Sortd never asks for your bank login. It reads the signals you already have: bank messages, receipts, voice notes and file exports. You stay in control of what comes in.
Bank messages (on iPhone, automatically after a one-time Shortcut setup; on Android, let Sortd read bank notifications as they arrive, or paste one message or months at once), receipt scans, voice entry, and CSV or Excel imports. Manual and quick natural-language entry are always there too, on both platforms.
No. AI-read items always land in your review inbox as drafts. Automatic adding is off by default, applies only to exact, high-confidence bank message matches (80% or above), and can be undone with one tap.
The app works in English, Arabic and French, with full right-to-left Arabic layout. Bank messages are understood in Arabic, English and French regardless of your app language.
Yes. Each account keeps its own currency (AED, SAR, EGP, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, JOD, MAD and more), with exact amounts. Sortd never blends currencies with made-up exchange rates.
It still works. Sortd recognises 25 banks across 10 countries by name, but the reader does not depend on templates: it extracts merchant, amount, card and currency from the message itself. Messages from a bank Sortd has never seen still arrive as drafts, and rejected or declined alerts are never booked.
Raw message text is encrypted at rest, receipt images are deleted after processing unless you keep them, notifications never show amounts on your lock screen, and you can export or delete everything at any time. Sortd never sells your personal data.
Download Sortd and turn the messages you already get into clarity you can act on.
